Who's behind the camera ?
Leticia is a Brazilian-born, New York based photographer who believes that love stories deserve to be told with warmth, honesty, and intention. Since moving to the U.S. in 2014, she has built a life and a career centered around genuine connection with her couples, families and the many people who step in front of her lens.
WHY A PHOTOGRAPHER
"Photography has always held a deep sentimental value in my life. It started with my grandma, passed through my cousins and my parents, and became a quiet thread woven into every stage of my childhood.
Sundays were sacred — family day. We’d head to Dona Celina’s house, where the smell of rice, beans, chicken, and spaghetti filled every corner.
After lunch, we’d gather around and pull out an old tin can overflowing with photographs… faces, moments, and stories from people I barely knew, yet somehow felt connected to.
Those afternoons shaped me. The warmth, the togetherness, the magic of reliving memories through photographs — that feeling stayed.
And it’s something I’m determined to keep alive.
That’s why I photograph the way I do: intentionally, sentimentally, and with the hope that years from now, someone will open a box, a folder, or a tin can… and feel the same tenderness I felt growing up."

Leticia is a devoted cat mom to Sunny and Pumpkin, a woman committed to her own glow-up journey, and someone who pours love and intention into everything she touches.
She believes in good relationships — in front of the camera and behind it — and is building a life with her partner rooted in humor, connection, and deep support.
